Information that may be collected automatically as you use the App:

• Usage Access data used to estimate time spent in selected apps
• Accessibility Service event data used to detect supported app openings and trigger overlays or limits
• Overlay state and local app settings stored on the device
• Advertising ID, device model, OS version, IP address, language, and ad interaction data collected by Google AdMob if enabled

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Usage Access (`PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS`)
• Accessibility Service (`BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE`)
• Display over other apps / Overlay (`SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW`)

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• Track time spent in selected apps
• Detect when selected apps are opened
• Show reminders, overlays, and interruption screens

• Maintain local app settings and intervention behavior on the device

• Core monitoring data remains on the device and is not uploaded to the developer's servers

Brainrot Guard is designed so that its core monitoring data remains on the user's device. The security of that data depends in part on device-level protections such as screen locks, operating system controls, and permission settings.

Locally stored Brainrot Guard data remains on the device until the user clears the app's storage or uninstalls the app. Advertising-related data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies.

Brainrot Guard is designed to keep core monitoring data on the device. However, third-party providers such as Google AdMob may process data on servers located in different countries in accordance with their own privacy terms.

Brainrot Guard is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.

• Revoke Usage Access, Accessibility, or Overlay permissions at any time through Android settings
• Reset or limit the device's Advertising ID through Android settings
• Clear the app's local data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored information
